Kristen Portuesi

The needle started playing Grandma's Ella Fitzgerald record and Kristen was instantly hooked. She knew music would play a big role in her life from an early age. Before settling in East TN, this New York native toured the country performing in musical theatre productions. Since then she's graced many a stage at Dollywood and fronted several bands, including Different Drum, a Tribute to Linda Ronstadt. The voices coming from Grandma's record player are near and dear and Kristen is grateful to cover them, as well as the sounds of R&B and some good old time rock & roll!
